Purpose: Protect a respectful, safe space for Emo Kids fans.
Core Rules
- No harassment or abusive behavior: repeated unwanted contact, threats, or stalking will not be tolerated.
- No hate speech: slurs, demeaning content, or attacks against protected groups.
- No sexual exploitation or minors: any sexual content involving minors is prohibited and will be reported.
- No impersonation / catfishing: do not use fake photos or identities to deceive others.
- No doxxing: do not post private contact info, addresses, or personal documents of others.
- No spam or solicitation: unsolicited commercial messages, pyramid schemes, or scams are prohibited.
- Honest profiles: do not misrepresent your age or key profile information.
Enforcement Levels
- Warning: for minor first offenses.
- Temporary suspension: for repeated or serious violations.
- Permanent ban: for severe misconduct (threats, sexual exploitation, repeated predatory behavior).
- Feature restriction: limit discoverability for suspicious accounts.
Appeals
Use the in-app help form to submit an appeal within 14 days. We aim to respond within 14 business days.
Moderator Transparency
We use automated systems plus human review to enforce the rules. Enforcement actions are meant to protect users and do not equate to criminal findings. We may preserve and share account data with law enforcement when required.
